I am very grateful for the urgent assistance provided by all at Ringwood Autohaus last week when my car suddenly felt like something was loose near the front tyres and the car was making a vibrating noise. I felt very unsafe driving the car. They agreed to look at the problem and see if they could help despite the fact they were very busy. As it turned out they were able to fix the problem on the spot. Tom is a legend. One of our work vehicles blew a turbo on Christmas Eve. Obviously most places (including our regular service centre) were shut for a long period over the break. I called Ringwood Autohaus desperate for help to get our vehicle back on the road ASAP and Tom absolutely pulled through. He was super easy to communicate with and kept us updated throughout the process.Really really happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Ringwood Autohaus to others. I have been taking my 7.5 golf GTI to these guys since its second service because just like dealerships, this crew know these cars inside out! But the difference is that Ringwood Autohaus CARES about your vehicle. They use genuine parts, servicing is warranted and I’d say they are better value, especially with the extra mile they go to ensure your car is healthy and stays that way. 5 stars, I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my euro car.
