Tom was just so great with getting my car fixed with a typical VW gear switch error that other VW “specialists” had recommended replacing the whole gear box for.He was timely, professional and provided such great value - there’s honestly no good reason not to go to Autohaus for your car needs.

Tom is a legend. One of our work vehicles blew a turbo on Christmas Eve. Obviously most places (including our regular service centre) were shut for a long period over the break. I called Ringwood Autohaus desperate for help to get our vehicle back on the road ASAP and Tom absolutely pulled through. He was super easy to communicate with and kept us updated throughout the process.Really really happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Ringwood Autohaus to others. Will definitely be back!

I have been taking my 7.5 golf GTI to these guys since its second service because just like dealerships, this crew know these cars inside out! But the difference is that Ringwood Autohaus CARES about your vehicle. They use genuine parts, servicing is warranted and I’d say they are better value, especially with the extra mile they go to ensure your car is healthy and stays that way. 5 stars, I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my euro car.
