I took my SKODA to Autohaus as a last ditch effort to see if it was worth saving. After trying for 3 years to fix a particular problem that would be ‘fixed’ and then start again soon after. Just one night the mechanics were able to diagnose everything and give full information on what needed to be done asap or in the near future. Sadly it wasn’t worth saving. But, was very happy with the help so that I could make the best choice. Also incredible service keeping the car for a few extra hours for the wreckers to pick up. Thanks again guys! Highly recommend to any European car owner in the future.

Friendly blokes and the price is competitive. No extras or upsells I got exactly what I wanted at a price I was happy with and they use high quality oils too which I was happy to see. Highly recommend taking your euro here for a fuss free experience.

Took my VW GTI in for a service. They did the full required service, plus looked over the previous service records and noticed a previous mechanic from another business had missed the scheduled changing of the spark plugs, so Ringwood Autohaus rectified that in this service too (very pleased). The price may be a tad on the higher end but I guess it’s standard for Euro specialists. Overall very happy

Booked in my Tiguan for an oil leak which a VW dealership wanted to charge me $1100 for. The team at Ringwood Autohaus sorted it all out for significantly less, then went above and beyond resolving a couple of other issues. Great service, no fuss. Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly and approachable, and prices are reasonable. Quality workmanship also. Highly recommend, especially as most mechanics these days are quite rude and looking to rip you off. Ringwood Autohaus is highly trustworthy.

We have had a number of things fixed on our VW touareg and the specific knowledge of VW systems is excellent, including calibrating the radar cruise control systems. We have also had some issues with the third party repair to the camera which were attended to under warranty with no issues.

I am very grateful for the urgent assistance provided by all at Ringwood Autohaus last week when my car suddenly felt like something was loose near the front tyres and the car was making a vibrating noise. I felt very unsafe driving the car. They agreed to look at the problem and see if they could help despite the fact they were very busy. As it turned out they were able to fix the problem on the spot.
