My husband, John White, took his Subaru down to have a problem he was having with his automatic transmission fixed, only to be told on collecting it it was fine. Tom pointed out to him there was an icon on his dash board to press that solved the problem. Thanks Tom for being so honest and not only that there was no charge for his time. Tom is a legend. One of our work vehicles blew a turbo on Christmas Eve. Obviously most places (including our regular service centre) were shut for a long period over the break. I called Ringwood Autohaus desperate for help to get our vehicle back on the road ASAP and Tom absolutely pulled through. He was super easy to communicate with and kept us updated throughout the process.Really really happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Ringwood Autohaus to others. I have been taking my 7.5 golf GTI to these guys since its second service because just like dealerships, this crew know these cars inside out! But the difference is that Ringwood Autohaus CARES about your vehicle. They use genuine parts, servicing is warranted and I’d say they are better value, especially with the extra mile they go to ensure your car is healthy and stays that way. 5 stars, I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my euro car.

Called up to book my car in, spoke to Tom who was very friendly and helpful. The guys here really know their stuff and it felt good to know that my car was in good hands.Needed to supply and fit a new water pump/thermo housing along with a long list of other things that I had requested with the service, which they made short work of.Very pleased with the overall experience at Ringwood Autohaus and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for great service at a fair price. This garage is very good. We take both our cars there Volvo and Peugeot and they explain well what they have to do. They give good advices and the staff is welcoming. They have moved the garage closer to Ringwood and Coles. Check the address before going.
